You will need glass balls in the Colors you want to use.  There are several tutorials on the web for creating the glass balls.  You will need Eye Candy Glass Filter Plug-in which you can get from the Freebies Section in Pluspsp.

Note: Save often

1. Create a new raster image & add a new raster layer

2. Draw out your shapes, one shape per layer & 1 layer for the flower centre - for this image i drew 1 leaf then 1 flower then the flower centre = 3 layers

3. Take 1 glass ball and reduce it to a small size

4. Copy the glass ball & paste it along the edge of each shape

5. Continue pasting (control+E) till you complete each shape on each layer - don't go all over the place or it won't line up

6. For the centre of the flower take a glass ball & reduce it to the size of the centre of your flower

7. Apply these settings to each layer using the Eye Candy Filter Plug-in     Bevel Width 20, Bevel Shape Mesa, Flaw Spacing 25, Flaw Thickness 33, Opacity 55, Refraction 14,     Color #DADADA, Highlight Brightness 100, Highlight Sharpness 92, Lighting Direction 127, Lighting Inclination 57  - changing the color will change the color of your glass balls

8. Create a new raster image & add a new raster layer.

9. Copy your leaf layer

10. Paste it on the new layer anywhere

11. Defloat & crop

12. With the deformation tool move it into the desired position or use the rotate, mirror & flip options

13. Create a new raster layer & repeat steps 10, 11 & 12

14. Continue these steps on new layers till all your leaves are in place on their separate layers

15. Once you have created all the leaf layers make Layer 1 invisible & merge all the leaf layers

16. Add a drop shadow either to the existing layer or on a separate layer

17. Remove the invisablity of Layer 1.

18. Add a new raster layer above the leaf  layer

19. Return to your flower & flower centre images & make all other layers invisible

20. Add a drop shadow to the flower centre

21. Merge the flower & flower centre.

22. Copy your flower layer & paste it on the new layer anywhere or in the desired spot

23. Defloat & crop

24. With the deformation tool move it into the desired position or use the rotate, mirror & flip options

25. Add a drop shadow either to the existing layer or on a separate layer

26. Add a background to Layer 1

27. Merge all layers

28. You're done.

Enjoy
