  • On the Standard toolbar, click on the 'New Image' button:
  • Width = 200 Pixels
  • Height = 200 Pixels
  • Resolution = 300 Pixels/inch
  • RasterBackground
  • Color Depth = RGB - 8 bits/channel
  • Background color = White

 

  • On the Tool palette, click on the Text tool, then click anywhere in the image:
  • Name = Arial Black
  • Size = 36
  • Styles: Stroke = None
  • ForeColor: Black
  • Backcolor: Black
  • Textures: Stroke and Fill = None
  • Font Style = Bold
  • Alignment = Centered
  • Create as = Floating
  • Antialias = Smooth

Type in "SomeText", click on OK and place the text in the center of your image. Click on the selection tool then right click anywhere in the image to deselect the text..


 
On the Tool palette, click on the Mesh Warp tool.                      You should now see a grid over your image.

 
Now click on one of the nodes and move it to a new position, repeat it with any other of the nodes untill you get the shape you want.

Contribution from Nanson.                                                  Holding down Shift will move all the points in a straight line and  holding down Ctrl will curve all the line.

 


 

When you're happy with the result click on any one of the tools on the tool pallette to get rid of the grid.
